What is Smart Strength
Smart Strength is an online workshop and workout to reveal five mistakes women over 35 are making with their training and what to do instead. Presenter and owner of Reach Fitness, Rachel Eslick, has coached women in fitness and nutrition for a decade. Many people think they’re doing all the right things, yet they’re not seeing the results. In this workshop and workout, you’ll learn how to overcome the most common mistakes so you can gain strength, re-shape your body and look and feel better than ever, after kids, in perimenopause, and or after menopause.
Why you need Smart Strength
Too often, women 35+ believe all or nothing behavior is what gets results. However, in my experience of facilitating and witnessing my clients’ transformations, I can attest to consistency over perfection. The problem isn’t lack of effort, it’s lack of attention to the dial movers that actually get results for enough time to elicit change. During the presentation, you’ll learn how to build Smart Strength through the actions like progressive training, focusing on foundational movements, and taking a mindful nutrition audit.Â
Who it’s for
- Women ages 35+
- Those who want to get strong and get resultsÂ
- Those who want a reasonable, sustainable approachÂ
- Busy people who don’t have a ton of time to devote to their training
- Those who have tried many, many things only to feel stuck or defeated Â
What it includes
The workshop and workout is free and those who attend live on Zoom will have a chance to win a “show up” prize. We’ll be doing about 30 minutes of kettlebell training. You’ll want at least one kettlebell to participate, but ideally a couple. Participants and those who sign up but can’t make the live workshop will receive the slides, workout template and entire workshop recording.

About Your HostÂ
Rachel Eslick - Kettlebell and Nutrition Coach
I'm not just a coach; I've spent a decade igniting change in countless clients.
I help women get strong and fit through kettlebell training which is the BEST tool to build the body of your dreams. With a kettlebell, you have an entire gym in the palm of your hands. I lead daily small group kettlebell workouts and private training sessions for dozens of clients, facilitating amazing transformations.
My goal is to empower clients with challenging workouts and teach perfect form and technique. Physical changes like body recomposition will happen, but even more importantly, mental and emotional shifts will improve the way clients see themselves and their abilities.
