I believe in the depths of my soul that kettlebell training is the BEST way to build a strong, fit and badass body. With a solid foundation, you can attack your fitness goals and have fun training too.

While anyone can pick up a kettlebell and reasonably start using it right away, there is a form and technique that’s often missed. Foundational exercises like kettlebell swings are commonly done incorrectly, which leads to pain, injury and an inability to achieve more advanced skills. 

I’ve been training with kettlebells since 2016 and coaching others since 2017, and I’ve experienced and witnessed epic strength and body composition transformations. But we need to walk before we can run. We need to master the basics before moving on to more advanced training. 

In the Kettlebell Foundations Course, you’re going to learn, practice and improve six foundational kettlebell skills in six weeks. When you’re done, you’ll be able to continue on your kettlebell training path with excellent form and understanding of swings, Turkish get-ups, cleans, squats, overhead presses and the kettlebell snatch. These six movements are the foundation for all kettlebell skills, and when you master the mechanics, you can do anything. 

Some people may want to continue practicing the foundational skills forever. And there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that. They will serve you for a lifetime! Others may be interested in learning more advanced movements, and if that’s your desire, you can do so with confidence in your foundations.

This is for you if you...

  • Have stopped seeing results from bootcamps, HIIT classes, and group workouts where the workout is always different

  • Have been too focused on cardio instead of STRENGTH training, so muscle has never developed for that toned look

How it works

Two small group workouts together (on Zoom) twice per week to learn and practice one new movement at a time. We'll learn and perform a full body training session at the same time. One-two mini movement sessions each week as homework. Live workouts are Saturdays at 8:00-8:45am and Tuesdays or Wednesdays at a time TBD. Workouts will be recorded, but live attendance is ideal. Times are Pacific.

Equipment needed
