This is for you if you...
-
Have stopped seeing results from bootcamps, HIIT classes, and group workouts where the workout is always different
-
Have been too focused on cardio instead of STRENGTH training, so muscle has never developed for that toned look
-
Scroll social media for workouts instead of following a program that uses progressive overload for your goals
-
Have a hard time with consistency because you don't have a community or coach to motivate youÂ
How it works
Two small group workouts together (on Zoom) twice per week to learn and practice one new movement at a time. We'll learn and perform a full body training session at the same time. One-two mini movement sessions each week as homework. Live workouts are Saturdays at 8:00-8:45am and Tuesdays or Wednesdays at a time TBD. Workouts will be recorded, but live attendance is ideal. Times are Pacific.

2-3 kettlebells is a great starting place. For most women, between 15-35 pounds is ideal. Check out my âBell Buyerâs Guide for recommendations.Â
