I'm not just a coach; I've spent nearly a decade igniting change in countless clients.

I help women get strong and fit through kettlebell training which is the BEST tool to build the body of your dreams. With a kettlebell, you have an entire gym in the palm of your hands. I lead daily small group kettlebell workouts and private training sessions for dozens of clients, facilitating amazing transformations.

My goal is to empower clients with personalized, challenging workouts and teach perfect form and technique. Physical changes like body recomposition will happen, but even more importantly, mental and emotional shifts will improve the way clients see themselves and their abilities.
