Hi there, I'm Rachel!
I'm a mom, wife, former athlete and owner of Reach Fitness. In my opinion, kettlebells are the single best tool to develop a strong, fit and functional body.Ā
Iāve been a certified personal trainer since 2015 and Iām obsessed with kettlebells because of the results I get for myself and clients. Kettlebells are approachable for beginners yet still ideal for advanced levels because of the way we can progress with loads and movements.
IĀ have three kettlebell specific certifications (RKC, KBCU and Strong First) and I'm also a nutrition coach.
My passion is empowering clients to find their inner athlete and get strong, lean and in the best shape of their lives. I've led small group workouts as well as conducted private sessions for hundreds of clients since 2015, both online and in person.
