Saturday, September 6
8:00-9:30am PST 

for a mini workshop and workout to begin learning the kettlebell swing. During this live Zoom session, we'll kick off the challenge, explain how things will work, and Introduce you to the beautifully complicated movement known as the kettlebell swing. We'll learn in a fun 45-minute workout.

Tuesday, September 9
5:00-6:00pm PST

for the second mini workshop and workout. In this session, we'll be reviewing the kettlebell swing, seeing what progress you made, and moving on to variations of the kettlebell swing, which are important for advancing your kettlebell training.

There will be other mini movement sessions during the challenge, but these are the most important and the only ones I'll ask you to show up for live on Zoom. Yes they'll be recorded and available to watch and review later, but please do yourself a huge favor and block your calendar, ask for help with the kids, dinner, etc. You deserve this time for yourself to get started on your kettlebell training journey, and the best way is to show up and get real time feedback from the live sessions. 

You will need at least one kettlebell to fully participate!
