WHAT IS SUMMER STRONG?

Summer Strong is an eight-week kettlebell fitness program to get strong and toned leading up to summer.

You’ll be working out with me, doing fundamental, compound kettlebell movements that actually work to build strength, which is essential for that toned look. It’s a proven method to look good and feel confident as we head into summer.

We'll be doing three to four kettlebell workouts live on Zoom (with me!) or on your own with the video recording each week. Workouts range from 30-45 minutes. You’ll have instant access to your coach and supportive fitness community with a group chat on WhatsApp. There’s ACCOUNTABILITY within the program, and I’ll be monitoring your attendance and consistency. You can track your weekly and monthly strength gains with workout spreadsheets and strategic strength and fitness testing that’s built into the program.

HOW IT WORKS

We do three kettlebell workouts together each week. Two are focused on building strength and one is a combination of strength and endurance. We track our progress each step of the way, so you’re not guessing whether or not the workouts are “working,” you're seeing the results in black and white. Most people who are consistent in their training see their strength soar by 10-50% in eight weeks. 

 

WHAT YOU NEED

  • At least 2-3 kettlebells to start. For most women, a light, medium and heavy kettlebell makes a great starter set. 15, 25 and 35 pounds works well.
  • Two light/medium kettlebells of the same size (a pair) would be great too, but not required.
  • A bench, box, step or chair.
  • A mat for comfort on the floor.

I'm a mom, wife, and former athlete who coaches people to get stronger than they've ever been. 

I'm a certified personal trainer (NASM), nutrition coach (PN1), and kettlebell (RKC) specialist. My passion is empowering clients to find their inner athlete and get strong, lean and in the best shape of their lives. I've led small group workouts as well as conducted private sessions for hundreds of clients since 2015, both online and in real life. Physical changes like strength gains are a given, but the magic happens with mental and emotional shifts that improve the way clients seen themselves and their abilities.
