PROGRAM OVERVIEW

WHAT IT IS

Summer Strong is an eight-week kettlebell group fitness program to get strong and lean. There are two 45-minute kettlebell workouts and one 30-minute active recovery session each week that can be done live on Zoom (with me and the group) or on your own. If you do the workouts on your own time, you’ll follow along with the recording. It’s a proven method to gain strength and confidence heading into summer.

It’s a tried and true fitness program that gets results. Rachel Eslick has been using and coaching kettlebell training to small groups for over five years. Her clients experience strength gains and personal records by following a progressive overload system, lifting with correct form, and staying consistent.
