WHAT IS SUMMER STRONG?

Summer Strong is a nine-week kettlebell strength program to make the most gains in the least amount of time. It runs July 1-August 31. You’ll be working out with me, doing foundational, effective and fun kettlebell movements. Kettlebell workouts are the best because you can build strength, get in shape, and work efficiently from the comfort of home or anywhere really.

This is an awesome way to build strength even during a hectic season that often lacks routine while kids are out of school and underfoot. 

If you're the queen of random or cardio only workouts, consider actually committing to a kettlebell strength program for a real transformation. Summer Strong is a proven program that gets results, without having to spend an hour in the gym everyday. Most beginners improve their strength in kettlebell movements by at least 10-50% over two months. 

Rachel Eslick has been using and coaching kettlebell training to small groups since 2017. Her clients experience strength gains and new personal strength records by following a progressive overload system, lifting with correct form, and staying consistent.

HOW IT WORKS

  • Build muscle and strength through kettlebell workouts

We do three kettlebell workouts each week. Two are focused on building strength and one is a combination of strength and endurance. We track our progress each step of the way, so you’re not guessing whether or not the workouts are “working,” you're seeing the results in black and white. Most people who are consistent in their training see their strength soar by 10-50% in nine weeks. 

 

WHAT YOU NEED

  • At least 2-3 kettlebells to start. For most women, a light, medium and heavy kettlebell makes a great starter set. 15, 25 and 35 pounds works well.
  • Two light/medium kettlebells of the same size (a pair) would be great too, but not required
  • A soft-sided medicine ball
  • A mat for comfort on the floor

HI, I'M RACHEL!

I'm a mom, wife, and former athlete who coaches people to get stronger than they've ever been. 

I'm a certified personal trainer (NASM), nutrition coach (PN1), and hold three specialized kettlebell certifications. It's safe to say I'm obsessed with kettlebell training! My passion is empowering clients to find their inner athlete and get strong, lean and in the best shape of their lives. I've led small group workouts as well as conducted private sessions for hundreds of clients since 2015, both online and in person. Physical changes like strength gains are a given, but the magic happens with mental and emotional shifts that improve the way clients seen themselves and their abilities.
