Let's light a fire under your butt!

If you’re like a lot of my clients, you know you should be moving more and strength training too, but finding the right plan and the time to do it feels impossible. Life is full and time is limited.

The truth is, the exact right plan doesn’t matter. Especially for beginners or those getting back into fitness. What matters is consistency. An imperfect plan executed consistently is 100% better than a “perfect” plan done inconsistently. 

Take for instance walking. It’s incredibly underrated. A simple daily walk of 30 minutes with moderate intensity is enough to satisfy most of the the CDC’s weekly recommendation for general activity. Add on two strength training workouts and you’d be accomplishing more than 75% of our country’s population!

That exactly what we’ll be tackling in my Kettlebell Lift and Move Challenge, a 14 day jumpstart to meet America’s general activity guidelines. Together, we’ll be lifting weights (kettlebells to be specific) two times per week and moving for 30 minutes five days per week. It’s the perfect way to take action in 2024.  

Challenges like 75 Hard are not set up for your success. There are too many commitments, from two workouts per day, to following a specific diet, to zero alcohol, etc. And there’s no room for error. If you miss a day, you have to start over. And worse, you feel like you failed at another attempt to get healthy. Who can actually follow through with that?! 

The Kettlebell Lift and Move Challenge is literally the minimum fitness recommendation of the CDC, so you really should (and need) be able to do this for your overall health and vitality. I promise that I’ll do my best to help you get wins, from feeling confident while strength training to checking the box in your chosen daily activity. Your progress will be monitored and celebrated!

What is the Kettlebell Lift and Move Challenge...

KETTLEBELL LIFT AND MOVE CHALLENGE 

How It Works

  • Two 30-minute strength training sessions per week (I’ll coach you through them) on Zoom.
  • Move your body however you choose for 30 minutes five days per week. Walk at a brisk pace, jog, ride a bike, row, swim or anything else that suits you.
  • It doesn’t have to be perfect, you just need to get it done. Consistency rules!
KETTLEBELL LIFT AND MOVE CHALLENGE

  • Strength coaching with me twice per week to learn how to use kettlebells safely and effectively. Lift weights to get stronger, more fit and mobile.

I'm Rachel Eslick

I'm a mom, wife, and former athlete who coaches people to get stronger than they've ever been.

I'm a certified personal trainer (NASM), nutrition coach (PN1), and kettlebell (RKC) specialist. My passion is empowering clients to find their inner athlete and get strong, lean and in the best shape of their lives. I've led small group workouts as well as conducted private sessions for hundreds of clients since 2015, both online and in real life. Physical changes like strength gains are a given, but the magic happens with mental and emotional shifts that improve the way clients seen themselves and their abilities.
