The summer has been wonderful. Spectacular! If you're anything like me and the folks I talk to everyday, we leaned into summer and the lack of a consistent schedule. We loosened up, drank the cocktails and enjoyed vacation. We enjoyed our time - as we should! We needed it. 

But also, now our clothes are a little snug. We're not feeling vibrant and our confidence has taken a teeny tiny hit. In short, we ain't game ready. Buying a whole new wardrobe isn’t on the agenda, so it’s time for a nutrition reset. 

MEET RACHEL 

In 2016 I stumbled upon a kettlebell gym in my San Francisco neighborhood and fell in love with the training style. I got my first kettlebell certification and it changed my life. I became obsessed with practicing my new skills, getting stronger, and feeling athletic again. I had this new feeling of extreme confidence, internally and externally, that has only grown overtime. Because of that, I’m deeply passionate about sharing and teaching kettlebells so other people can experience the same magical outcomes. Better nutrition supports better training and feeling energized moving through the day.

Clean Up to Lean Out

Clean Up to Lean Out is a 28-day challenge to dial in nutrition so you can feel good in your clothes again. It’s the opportunity you’ve been looking for to recommit to healthy eating for your goals. We’ll be focusing on these four essential habits:

  • Eating within a calorie range

  • Hitting a protein minimum

  • Hitting a fiber minimum

  • Drinking water

It’s time to break out the calorie tracking app, food scale, and meal planning template because the nutrition free-for-all party is about to end. 

At the conclusion of 28 days, we’ll feel more comfortable in our clothes. We’ll have built the consistency to keep going on our own knowing exactly what to do moving forward. We don’t expect to drop a bunch of weight in 28 days, but we will feel a little leaner and tighter.
