WHAT IT IS 

Macros for Muscles is a nutrition course to understand and implement your ideal macronutrients to lose fat and maintain muscle.

Don't you wish that working out would yield the body of your dreams? That would be awesome! But as much as I wish fitness alone was the magic bullet (because I love workouts as much as anyone) it's just not enough. When it comes to changing the composition of our body, the food we eat makes the biggest impact.

If you're like most people, you've tried at least three to five diets over the last ten years. From packaged food plans to eliminating entire food groups, strict and severe diets do more harm than good. And the old system of more exercise and less food is ambiguous at best.

Understanding and tracking macronutrients allows us to be more specific and scientific with how we fuel our bodies for our goals. Once and for all, I’m teaching you how to reach your body composition goals without eliminating foods, going on fad diets, or accidentally under-eating. No foods should be off limits, but there are limits to portions because it definitely makes a difference. Prioritizing protein and fiber while understanding overall calories, Macros for Muscles will help people lose fat, look better and feel fantastic. 

 

HOW IT WORKS 

You'll master a new pillar each week to establish a foundation of healthy habits. First you learn to eat within a calorie range, then hit a minimum amount of protein, incorporate more fiber, and more. 

We'll use the SSAM Method, which stands for the following:

  • Specific calories and macros to dial in your diet, rooted in science
  • Step by step instructions and a slow enough pace that it doesn’t feel overwhelming. We take time to absorb new information before moving on to the next thing.
  • Accountability with me and the small group container. You’ll know me, I’ll know you, and you’ll know each other and find support in the space.
  • Moderation with all things. We practice consistency over perfection.
