Macro Maintenance is an extension of Macros for Muscles. After learning how to effectively track macronutrients for fat loss, we'll stay consistent and accountable to our goals.
When motivation lacks, your coach and small group will help you refocus. Each week we'll discuss one nutrition topic, breakdown how it applies to our own unique circumstances, and do light homework to stay on track.
No matter what phase of macro tracking you're currently in, you'll have access to your coach to help you solidify your numbers and stick with the program.
