KETTLEBELLS 101

A BEGINNER'S GUIDE TO KETTLEBELL TRAINING TO GET STRONG

Macros for Muscles

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

WHAT IT IS

Many people share with me that they're interested in kettlebells, but don’t have much experience or even know where to begin.

As a means to bridge the gap between “total newbie” and “capable kettlebeller”, I’ve created Kettlebells 101. It's a series of five workshops where I walk you through everything you need to know to get strong working out with kettlebells. I'll teach you four foundational movements, how to core brace, pick up, put down and hold kettlebells in various positions, and much more!

At the end of the course, you’ll be able to execute a total body kettlebell workout with confidence. You can complete the final workout as many times as you'd like, and even track your strength gains with a spreadsheet I provide in the download.

Since my time is limited working 1:1 with clients, this is my way of sharing my passion for kettlebell training with as many people as possible. Beginners VERY MUCH welcome.
